Valkyrie Enterprises hires Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters Talent Management Director as new Human Resources Director

Virginia Beach, Va., June 24, 2025 – Valkyrie Enterprises, LLC, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, announces the hiring of former Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters Health System Director of Talent Management, Christina Gibson, as its new Human Resources Director.

Gibson joins Valkyrie Enterprises as the company gains national recognition for its workplace culture.  Valkyrie Enterprises was named a 2025 USA Today Top Workplace, a 2024 Top Five workplace by Inside Business, and was voted the best work-life flexibility in the Hampton Roads area.  She will report directly to Chief Human Resources Officer Amy Howard.

Gibson brings 27 years in human resources and learning and organizational development to Valkyrie Enterprises’ industry-leading culture.  In her previous role, Gibson led the hiring of roughly 1,000 people each year, transitioned the onboarding process from in-person to virtual, integrated disparate HR platforms, and established a leadership development program.

Gibson earned her bachelor of arts from James Madison University and her master’s from George Mason.  She is also a proud Navy wife.
