Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in defense technology and federal contracting to Valkyrie. A two-time Executive Mosaic Wash 100 winner, Josh has a long history of successfully satisfying the missions of key customers on highly technical programs across the defense industry and was most recently the head of SAIC’s Army Business Group.
Amy brings global experience across human resources, operations, organizational transformation, and business strategy. She partners with executive teams to translate growth strategies into the talent, operating models, and organizational capabilities required to scale. In adopting AI and emerging technologies, Amy advocates for an employee-centered approach that balances innovation with sound judgment and responsible oversight while strengthening workforce capability.
Brian brings more than 25 years of technology and leadership experience spanning technology strategy, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and IT operations. Brian leads Valkyrie’s technology strategy and digital transformation, aligning innovation with business growth while maintaining secure, resilient operations and a strong commitment to customer service. His leadership also helped position Valkyrie among the early organizations to achieve CMMC Level 2 certification.

Matt brings over 25 years of experience in the government contracting industry. Prior to joining Valkyrie, Matt served as the Chief Delivery Officer for CSA. He led all delivery operations for defense and national security customers, conducted business development, and provided strategic planning. He joined CSA in 2021 as Vice President of the company’s Army and Other Agencies business unit. Matt also served as the Director of Operations at Capstone Corporation, a program and capture manager at SAIC, and a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Nick brings over a decade of knowledge and experience within the defense marketplace. He received an undergrad degree from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Old Dominion University. Over the past decade Nick has held increased positions of magnitude with defense organizations including Division Manager, Director of Business Development and Deputy Business Unit Manager. His diverse background has spanned from waterfront operations to program office support supporting services, solutions and products.

Adam brings more than 25 years of executive financial leadership experience across public and private sectors, specializing in government contracting, private equity-backed businesses, and high-growth organizations. A hands-on, results-driven leader, he builds high-performing finance and operations teams that drive scalable growth, strengthen performance, and position organizations for successful strategic transactions. He is a graduate of William Jewell College.
Joyner is a distinguished executive leader in the aerospace and defense industry with 19 years of sector experience following his active-duty Army service. As a champion for organizational strategy and transformation, he leverages his deep expertise in mission engineering, systems integration, and modeling and simulation to deliver innovative solutions for DoW services and agencies. Over a decade of progressive executive leadership, Joyner has consistently guided cross-functional teams to modernize capabilities and drive mission success across the Joint Force.
