Huntsville, Al., April 15, 2025 – More than 90 golfers drove, swung, chipped, and putted their way around Cherokee Ridge Country Club as part of Valkyrie Enterprises’ fifth annual charitable golf tournament. In all, $10,000 was donated to the Huntsville-based Still Serving Veterans charitable group.
Valkyrie Enterprises has donated more than $20,000 to Huntsville area charities since this event started in 2019. This year’s donation recipient, Still Serving Veterans, is a non-profit dedicated to helping veterans and their families with job placement, Veterans Affairs benefits, and other resources.
“Valkyrie Enterprises is a veteran-led organization, and our mission is to support the warfighter,” said Valkyrie Enterprises President and CEO Dave Streett. “We’re happy to help an organization that assists our military personnel.”
"We’re honored to be the beneficiary of this tournament and grateful to everyone coming together to support Veterans and their families on their journey to a secure future," said retired Rear Admiral Rich Landolt, President & CEO of Still Serving Veterans.
Valkyrie Enterprises employs roughly 70 people at its Huntsville offices. Many of those employees work out of Redstone Arsenal and support several military organizations.
