Valkyrie Enterprises hires Adam Burke as new Chief Financial Officer

Virginia Beach, VA –  July 25, 2025 – Valkyrie is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Burke as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 5, 2025.

Burke brings more than 25 years of senior financial leadership experience across both public and private sectors, with deep expertise in government contracting, private equity environments, and high-growth organizations. Known as a hands-on, results-driven executive, he has successfully built and led finance, HR, and operational teams to support transformational growth and prepare companies for strategic transactions.

Most recently, Burke served as CFO of Threat Tec, where he led the company's financial strategy and built out core support functions during a period of rapid expansion.  His prior experience includes CFO roles at Linxx Global Solutions, ITA International and Xe Services, where he oversaw financial transformations,

mergers and acquisitions activity, capital structuring, and operational integrations.

His background spans a wide range of disciplines including corporate finance, treasury, financial planning and analysis, DCAA compliance, risk management, and human capital strategy. Throughout his career, Burke has consistently improved financial performance, strengthened internal controls, and scaled infrastructure to support sustainable growth.
