Diaddario has 38 years of Department of Defense experience spanning technical, management and Business Development roles. Working in radar systems characterization and data reduction, missile seeker evaluation and engineering, threat missile and radar system simulation development, Dave managed and lead large multidisciplinary teams driving large corporate organizations. He has successfully led the proposal development and capture of numerous contracts including large indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) efforts worth more than $900M and large task orders worth more than $200M.
