Valkyrie Enterprises hires the Business Development Director of the Association for Materials Protection and Performance to same role for S2S corrosion-inhibiting products

Virginia Beach, Va., May 12, 2025 – Valkyrie Enterprises, LLC, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, announces the hiring of David Evans to become its new Director of Commercial & Industrial Business Development. Evans will lead the development and expansion of Valkyrie Enterprises’ corrosion-inhibiting product line, S2S.
As Director of Commercial & Industrial Business Development, Evans will expand the S2S product line into new markets, increase business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales, and leverage his relationships with distributors to reach sales targets.
Evans comes to Valkyrie with more than 30 years of industrial experience, including the last four years as the Director of Business Development for the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP). AMPP is the largest global community of corrosion and protective coating professionals dedicated to protecting materials. Evans developed AMPP’s business development strategies, reached targeted sales and marketing plans, and managed interdivisional teams to maintain growth in his previous role.

Evans will report directly to Business Area Manager and Senior Vice President Dale Hopper.
Along with his industrial experience, Evans earned a master’s in business administration from Lindenwood University and a bachelor’s in business administration from Western Michigan University.
