Valkyrie Hires Strategic Talent to Lead Business Units

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, February 13, 2023.



The Board of Directors of Valkyrie Enterprises, LLC (“Valkyrie or the “Company”), an engineering, technology, and operational solutions company, is pleased to announce that Mr. Michael Anderson and Mr. Dale Hopper have joined the Company to lead it’s two business units – Mission Solutions and Sustainment and Modernization, respectively. These specific industry veteran hires are in direct alignment of the Company’s targeted industry sectors and aggressive growth architecture. “These two industry leaders will further enhance the orchestration of delivering targeted solutions to our customers’ constantly changing requirements,” said Thomas J. Since July 2015, Mike Anderson served as the President of Systems Engineering Group (SEG) and previously completed a 28-year naval career as the Deputy Program Executive and Technical Director for Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) in the Missile Defense Agency (2010-2015). Mike will lead the Missions Solutions Business Unit delivering solutions reflective of the DoD CTO priorities, the National Defense Strategy, the Missile Defense and Nuclear Posture reviews, and supporting Service and customer visions.




Dale Hopper joins the Company after previously serving as Vice President of Operations, Shipboard Readiness for Amentum where he oversaw their Navy Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) portfolio that included prime contracts in HM&E, C5I, and Submarine support. He completed his 21-year naval career as the Submarine Force Storekeeper at Commander, Submarine Force, Atlantic. At Valkyrie, he will lead the Sustainment and Modernization Business Unit, providing flawless program and project execution to customers in the federal and international arenas.
